The owner of the Aztec house was a former realtor who had worked with us before. After her husband became seriously ill, she had to leave real estate, live on one income, and manage a large home with deferred maintenance. She reached out knowing we buy houses for cash, and we made a fair offer she called life-changing.
We even rented the home back to her for a week after closing to help with moving. The house is now fully renovated, and we also partnered with neighbors to resurface the private road. Helping someone through a difficult chapter of life made this project especially meaningful.

Mossman Avenue

We purchased this property from an elderly client who could not keep up with the care for the house. She was able to use the proceeds for a place better suited for her age. It need a full rehab and we were able to give it beautiful new light features and really elevate the aesthetic.

Trailer 4 - Durango, CO

The seller of trailer 4 had been relocated for work and was having trouble selling his mobile home due to it rough condition.  We were able to make a fair cash offer and close the deal in 14 days.  After a full renovation and making the mobile home look like brand new, we were able to help a young couple who were first time home-buyers purchase the home.

Oak Street - Mancos, CO

Jackie's husband had passed away in her house several years prior.  She had many traumatic memories that were associated to the house and needed to downsize.  She was concerned about moving because of her age and health.  We were able to make a fair cash offer on the house and help Jackie move on from the painful memories she had in the house.  We were able to get her help moving her belongings so she could be closer to family.

After full renovations, the house was sold to a local family that worked in the school district. There was a minor problem with their financing so we were able to rent the house to them for a few months until they cleared everything up.

Road 2843 - Aztec, NM

Road 2843 was a probate situation in which the owner's father had passed away and left him with the property.  The owner lived in Texas and had no need for the property and was unable to maintain the property from such a long distance.  We purchased the property for cash and gave it a beautiful renovation.  The new buyer was a young first time homebuyer who immediately fell in love with the house.

E 17th Street - Farmington, NM

The owner of this home had lost the home to foreclosure after being relocated for work. We were able to pay the owner $1000 for his Redemption Rights which made him very happy.  After giving the property a full renovation, we were able to bring the buyers for the deal.  The new buyer was a U.S. Army Veteran and a local business owner.  We assisted the new owners through the closing process, and they were even able to choose a few of the finishes in the house.
