About Us

We are the B (Brandon) & C (Chessie) in our company name.  We began our journey in real estate in 2010 during the great recession.  Brandon was active duty in the U.S. Navy when we began wholesaling houses on the side.  We have been serial entrepreneurs for as long as we have been married.  Chessie has started a professional photography company (Lanora Kay Photography) and an in-door cycling studio (Psycle Durango).  We have started our own real estate company (B&C Real Estate Solutions, previously B&C Business Solutions), rented vehicles, rented campers, owned an ATM business (B&C ATM Solutions), done property management (Durango True Property Management), owned our own rental properties (both short and long-term).  Our passion has always been real estate and our desire is to run a company that can help as many people out of their real estate problems as possible.
